Sales and Cancellation Terms – Tri Level Up Weekend
By registering for the Tri Level Up Weekend, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Registration and Payment
Registration takes place via the online registration platform. For organizational reasons, payment is due immediately upon registration.
Registration is only considered final after successful receipt of payment. The number of available places is limited.
Cancellation by the Participant
Due to the limited capacity of the event and the advance reservations for accommodation, catering, and coaching, the following cancellation conditions apply:
* In case of cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the event, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
* In case of cancellation less than 45 days before the start of the event, no refund is possible.
* A participant may transfer their place free of charge to another person, provided that Monte Marcella is informed in writing in advance and no later than 7 days before the start of the event.
Program Changes
Monte Marcella and the organization aim to fully deliver the announced program. If circumstances require it, Monte Marcella reserves the right to make changes to the program, schedule, location, coaches, guest speakers, or other facilitators without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle participants to any refund.
Liability
Participation in the Tri Level Up Weekend is entirely at the participant’s own risk. The participant declares that they are in sufficient physical and mental condition to take part in the activities offered. The participant waives any claims against the organization and is responsible for their own insurance coverage.
Monte Marcella and the organization cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event, except in cases of proven intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Force Majeure
If the event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Monte Marcella or the organization, an appropriate alternative will be proposed or the paid registration fee will be partially refunded. Monte Marcella is not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants themselves.
Photo and Video Material
During the event, photos and videos may be taken for communication and promotional purposes by Monte Marcella. Participants who do not wish to appear recognizably in such material may notify the organization in writing in advance.
