Improving by just 1% can make a huge difference.
That is Monte Marcella’s philosophy.
We believe in ‘the sum of 1%’
How many tiny steps forward can make a big difference in the long run. Top athletes know the value of ‘marginal gains’, but business leaders are also well aware of this.
Thank you once again for the truly outstanding hospitality during our stay at Monte Marcella. It was a great pleasure to be guests in such an inspiring setting and I would like to emphasise just how much the resort contributed to a productive and constructive retreat. The serene setting, the facilities and your warm welcome ensured that everyone could focus fully on the programme.
A venue such as this deserves to be discovered by many and I will be happy to recommend that others be inspired by what you have to offer.
If it were up to us, we would certainly return in the future. We are already looking forward to enjoying the unique atmosphere and your excellent service once again.

My stay at Monte Marcella was an incomparable experience. You experience the combination of high energy training (high and low), with the positive effects of living at altitude.
To top it all off : the combination of an amazing environment and all the relaxation amenities (at altitude!) give a real vacation feeling, while in full training modus.

I was incredibly lucky to try out this facility as part of the soft launch. This is a 1st class facility that will quickly become a World Class facility.
The rooms are comfortable with enough storage space if you are sharing. This is made easier with the use of the onsite washing machine and tumble drier. There are also drying racks also for all your Lycra needs. The AC and altitude controls are easy to use and QR codes provide more details online if needed.
There is a good gym for 1 or 2 people training at the same time and a separate cardio room.
The deck level, outdoor 25 meter heated pool will allow 3 individuals their own lanes or more running laps sharing.
For recovery the sauna, steam and red light therapy are all available after a time in the ice baths. If you have a therapist with you then the massage room is there for also.
The media theatre is perfect for team presentations or watching a movie or YouTube.
A fully stocked industrial style kitchen is perfect for everything from heating some pre-made pasta in the microwave to a Team with a dedicated chef who needs everything at their fingertips.
I cannot recommend this facility highly enough.
