Top athletes know the value of ‘marginal gains’, but business leaders are also well aware of this.
At higher altitudes, the air contains less oxygen.
As a result, your body has to work harder to maintain the same level of exertion. Your heart beats faster, your breathing deepens and your muscles learn to use oxygen more efficiently.
This process enables your body to adapt: your endurance improves, your muscles become more energy-efficient and your recovery can be accelerated.
Your brain also responds to this stimulus. It learns to cope better with temporary fluctuations in oxygen levels, which can enhance focus and mental resilience.
At Monte Marcella, you don’t need to climb a mountain to achieve this. In the bedrooms and various areas of the resort, the air can be adjusted to make it feel as though you are, for example, at an altitude of 2,500 metres.
This allows you to live in conditions that normally only occur in the mountains. Your body receives an extra boost, whilst at the same time you enjoy comfort, tranquillity and professional guidance.

• Is Monte Marcella a hotel?
No. Monte Marcella is not a traditional hotel and does not offer individual stays. We work exclusively with groups (sport teams or companies) that reserve the entire resort for private use. We offer multiple days arrangements, a minimum of 1 night stay is required.
• How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on the type of stay, duration and services required. Tailored packages are available for both sport and business guests. Each proposal is customized to align fully with the group’s objectives and expectations.

Monte Marcella is situated in Flanders (Belgium), strategically located between Ypres, Lille and Kortrijk. The resort is easily accessible by car, with nearby regional airports and TGV connections. The estate also features a helipad for helicopter access.
